A Pixel and Universe selection element is finally coming to various phones

First introduced in 2023, the Circle to Search feature allows you to circle anything on the screen and run a visual search through Google’s search engine and Google Lens. Since its launch, the functionality has only been available on select Samsung devices and Google’s Pixel phones, but that’s about to change.

Reportedly, Tecno has confirmed to several reviewers that their recently announced foldable Tecno V Fold 2 will get the Circle to Search feature next month. This means that Google plans to roll out current Pixel and Samsung-exclusive features to other phones.

While this isn’t an official confirmation coming from Google, it’s close. And the good news is that the rollout will probably start in early October.
